A Bridge between Inner & Outer : Expressive Art Therapy Group
Weekly group on Saturday mornings for teens (13+) hosted in Saré’s office conveniently located on Park Street in Lewiston.
** Increase self-worth and alter self-concepts.
** Foster a sense of connectedness and community.
** Explore and express feelings and values.
** Recognize the things we have in common with one another and develop awareness of the universal aspects of our difficulties.
** Use expressive activities as a way of dealing with emotional issues and as a means to resolve interpersonal conflicts.
The Details: Group will run on Saturdays from 10am-11:30am at 95 Park Street, Second floor. A maximum of 8 participants will be accepted. Cost of group is $35.00 per session. Some private insurances accepted.
***To attend this group, an intake meet and greet must be scheduled prior to joining the group***
